Q: Do Boxgan do trades?
A: No, we prefer selling our items away. No partial trades either.

Q: What form of payment does Boxgan accept?
A: We accept DBS/POSB ATM Fund Transfer or IB transfer.

Q: Do Boxgan do meet up?
A: Yes, only on weekends. Time and venue to be confirmed (most likely, Boonlay MRT Station).

Q: Do Boxgan supply apparels?
A: Yes, minimum of 10 pieces is required.

Q: How do Boxgan deliver the items?
A: Either by mail or registered mail, take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Q: What do shoppers do when the item are sold out?
A: Interested shoppers please email sales[at]theboxgan[dot]com to check if preorder is possible.

Q: If a lot of shoppers are interested in one particular item, what will Boxgan do?
A: Boxgan adopt first come first serve basis, priority will be given to shopper that pays first. In any case, if the respond is good, preorder will be available.

Q: How long does spree preorder takes?
A: For Taiwan sprees, 1-2 months. For Hong Kong spree, less than 4 weeks.
